At HeelsHub, we know how exciting it is to wait for a new pair of shoes — and we do everything we can to get them to you quickly. Our official delivery time is 5–10 business days, but in many cases, your order will reach you even faster.

We design and produce all our shoes in our own manufacturing facility in Ukraine. Every pair is crafted with love, care, and attention to detail — and then shipped directly from us to you.

In Stock or Made Just for You

Most heel models are in stock and can be shipped the same or next business day.

If a pair is not in stock, our manager will contact you to discuss the details. In that case, it usually takes 5–7 days to produce your perfect pair of High Heels dance shoes before shipping them to you.

Possible Delays

Sometimes, parcels can be delayed at customs. This is rare and happens only in exceptional cases. Most of the time, your heels will be at your doorstep before you expect them!

• Czech Republic – 4–5 days to major cities; sometimes up to 8 days

For other international destinations, we offer standard delivery that usually takes 7–14 days. If you would like to receive your order faster, we can arrange express delivery with DHL. In that case, an additional delivery fee will apply, and our manager will inform you about the exact cost before shipping. For this option, simply contact our support team, and they will let you know what is needed to arrange faster delivery.
