If you have any doubts about sizing, please refer to our Size Recommendation Guide. And if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of the Product

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Products showing signs of use are not eligible for refund or exchange.

3. How to Return

Please contact us before sending the product back.

Ship the item to the following address: Křižíkova 48a, 18600 Prague, Czech Republic.

After shipping, kindly send us the tracking number.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement pair (depending on your preference and stock availability).

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the return is due to our mistake.

6. Note on Manufacturer Issues

Please note that minor defects or inconsistencies can happen with any manufacturer. If you notice any issues, just let us know — we’ll do our best to solve the problem quickly and fairly.
